Meet Crystal Radke, author of Kreative in Life, teacher, speaker and education consultant. Crystal has presented for numerous conferences over the last four years including National I Teach K, Texas Kindergarten Conference, Frog Street Splash, KTOT, SCKC and for many school districts. Crystal has a BA in Early Childhood Education and is working on her Masters in Education with an anticipated graduation date of Dec. 2016.  Crystal serves on her church leadership team and sings in their worship band.  She has been married for almost fifteen years and has three adopted children ages 16, 17 and 19. Crystal's heart is to care for the whole teacher, ministering to every part of their lives. 

Meet Rick Cobb, missional pastor and educator. Rick has a BA in Ministry and an MA in Theology and Church History. He is a certified teacher for Getting Ahead in a Just Getting by World & Bridges out of Poverty, both of the Aha Process by Dr. Ruby Paine. Rick splits his time throughout the year between running a church/school in Honduras and reaching his local community with him and his wife's ministry, Co-Partners for Christ in Texas, where they bus in and feed children (and their families) all year long.  This fall he will teach high school at a youth ranch for boys. Rick is a proud parent and grandparent. 

Meet Debbie Clement, author of Rainbows WithinReach.  Debbie is a previous teacher and administrator.  Her business, Rainbows Within Reach has been touching the lives of students and teachers for eighteen years. Debbie is a children’s book author, song writer, and motivational speaker with an amazing heart for God and teachers.  She is also a two-time cancer survivor with a God filled testimony.

Meet Cory & Leslie Smith of Journey Lorena.  Outside of their incredible heart for ministry,  Cory and Leslie both serve in education.  Cory has a Bachelors of Science degree and a Masters in Religion degree. He serves as a Social Studies teacher in a title one Texas middle school.  Leslie has Bachelors and Masters degrees in Education.  She has served as a Middle School teacher, Behavior Interventionist and is currently an administrator in a Texas Middle School. Cory & Leslie have two children, both in high school.
